Columbus’ own meadery Brothers Drake is celebrating National Mead Day today, August 6th, with free tours of their production facility and free Mead 101 classes. You can learn the basics of mead from the Drake Brothers themselves!

There will be tours tour taking place 2pm, 4pm and 6pm today which will will cover the manufacturing process and the uniquely local structure of the business, which makes and sells mead only in Columbus. There will be home brewing basics classes at 3pm and 5pm.

Live music starts at 7:30 PM with Bare Feat, Rawkadeus and Devil Doves on the bill. Earth’s Crust pizza will be available all day.
