Cinco de Mayo, while not even a national holiday in Mexico, is for some reason celebrated with enthusiasm in Central Ohio. So here are some parties taking place this Saturday, May 5:

Park Street Cantina
10am-2am. All-you-can-eat taco and fajita bar. $7 pitchers and $3 shots specials.

Adobe Gilas
12pm-2am. $5 house maragaritas, $2 tequila shooters, $12 Dos Equis buckets. Live entertainment 12pm-2am.

South Campus Gateway
• Mad Mex: 9am-2pm. Breakfast Mex at Mad Mex, $5 22oz Dos Equis Drafts and $1 off all Mexican bottles.
• Kildare’s: $3 well margaritas, $4 Cuervo margaritas and shots, $5 Patron margaritas and shots, $4 Makers Mark Mint Juleps (because May 5th is also the Kentucky Derby), $15 buckets of Corona, $3 Big Gingers and $5 Big Bombs. DJ starting at 10pm
• Ugly Tuna Saloona: $15 Fiesta Fishbowls, $2 Long Islands and $3 Pounders. Live music from 6pm-2am.
