daily-growler-upper-arlingtonIt’s hard to believe that two years ago, The Daily Growler didn’t exist — and Columbus didn’t have any growler shops. Now we have a million, including a second Daily Growler, but the OG of growler filling is turning two and throwing a party to celebrate.

The Christmas-themed party will feature hourly tappings and drink deals lasting an hour each. TDG will also have least eight Christmas beers on draft offered at a discount after happy hour discounts end at 7pm: $1 off all Christmas Growlers, $2 off all Christmas Pints and $3 off all Christmas Flights. Additional rare brews will also be featured on-tap for the event.

Here are the hourly tappings:
3pm: CBC Bodhi $3 pints
4pm: Great Lakes Blackout Stout $4 pints
5pm: 3 Floyd’s Alpha Clause $5 pints
6pm: Founders Backwood’s Bastard $6 pints
7pm: Jackie O’s Barrel Aged Brick Kiln Barleywine $7 pints
8pm: Thirsty Dog Barrel Aged 12 Dogs of X-mas $8 pints
9pm: Bell’s Oracle Double IPA $5 pints
10pm: Land-Grant Beard Crumbs Oatmeal Raisin $3 pints

Food for the event will be provided by Gallos Kitchen, with growler-shaped cookies from Mrs. Goodman’s.

The Daily Growler is located at 2812 Fishinger Road in Upper Arlington.
