World of Beer Easton Menu

World of Beer Easton recently debuted a new tavern menu, adding food to the bar’s massive beer selection of 50 rotating taps and over 500 craft and import bottles.

The menu opens with a fairly large selection sharables such as the bavarian pretzel, the most popular item so far according to Darren Greene, World of Beer Franchise Partner. The pretzel comes with your choice of mustards and beer cheese for an added charge. We ordered the beer cheese and were also given the full smattering of mustards–for the full experience. I was a fan of the spicy brown mustard with this particular pretzel, which is, by the way, gargantuan.

Entrees include burgers, sandwiches, salads and flatbreads. Each menu item features a handy beer pairing suggestion – the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich, for example, says it “pairs well with an IPA, and the gentle chipotle spice in the sandwich indeed complemented my light IPA perfectly.

According to Greene, the new menu hasn’t had the imagined effect on sales as of last week. Instead of food sales skyrocketing, the Easton location has seen an increase in beer sales, which they attribute to the introduction of food.

The new menu introduced some other changes at the Easton location as well, including building a second floor for the kitchen and added seating on the first floor.

Many have been anticipating the opening of the World of Beer in the South Campus Gateway near Ohio State’s campus, slated for September. Greene said the campus location will open with a tavern menu as well, though the Brewery District location does not have plans to add food at this time.

World of Beer Easton is Noon-2:30am Monday – Friday, 9:30am-2:30am Saturday and 8:30am-Midnight Sunday. WOB Easton is located at 3934 Townsfair Way.
