Bring home three new brews from Wolf’s Ridge this Saturday

Two new sour brews plus an old favorite from Wolf’s Ridge Brewing will be released this Saturday in bombers at the brewery.

The sours are part of a series from head brewer Chris Davison called Wild Heritage: Terre du Sauvage Green (limit 8) and Terre du Sauvage Red (limit 6). Both are traditional, barrel-aged wild beers that naturally fermented in oak for over a year. Red is brewed with 40% rye, and Green is described as a more approachable “gateway” sour that is low in acidity and more “funky” than sour.

Wolf’s Ridge will also have bottles of Dire Wolf Coco Joy for sale (limit 6.) Coco Joy was the first infusion of Dire Wolf and hasn’t been available in bottles for nearly two years.

All three beers will be available in 22oz bombers for $12.99 each. Doors open at 10am for drafts and food, and the bottle sale starts at 11am.

As with all Wolf’s Ridge bottle releases, expect an impressive lineup of beers on tap, including special cask tappings at 10am (Dire Wolf Nibler with orange and cacao; Strawberry Clear Sky Coconut Cream Pie) and 12pm (Driftwood Citrus Surf with grapefruit; Bitter Berries Snow Cone with fresh blueberry, raspberry and blackberry) as well as several infusions of Terre du Sauvage including pineapple, hibiscus/blood orange, and coffee. The full draft list can be viewed here.

Wolf’s Ridge Brewing is located at 215 N. 4th Street.
