The Daily Growler will open their third Central Ohio beer shop in The Brewery District on Friday, September 8.

The new craft beer bar and growler fill spot has much in common The Daily Growler’s Upper Arlington and Powell locations, including offering more than 50 craft beer taps from across America with an emphasis on Ohio breweries. The two-story Brewery District bar will include a smaller second bar upstairs, space for private events and a large wrap-around patio, and will featured food from Athens favrorite Big Mamma’s Burritos.

“We have log been supporters German Village and the Historic Brewery District,” said John R. Blakely senior in a statement. “We are excited to finally be able to introduce the community to our vision of a friendly and unassuming gathering place with the city’s best curated craft beer list. We look forward to being part part this area’s renaissance for a long time.”

The bar will open its doors on Friday, September 8th beginning at noon. The Daily Growler is located at 702 S High St.
