Four years of beers for Wolf’s Ridge

Wolf’s Ridge will commemorate four years of beers this Saturday with a celebration featuring a bottle release and impressive draft list.

Among the new beers being released in bottles are All the Breakfast, brewed with barley, corn, oats, wheat, rice, smoked malt, orange peel, lactose and dark maple syrup, then conditioned on cacao nibs, toasted coconut, cinnamon, vanilla, more orange peel and One Line Coffee; and Dave Doesn’t Know, Wolf’s Ridge’s Pi pumpkin ale with added One Line Coffee aged in Watershed Bourbon barrels for 13 months. Other bottles that will be available include Bourbon Barrel Coffee Joy, Canis Mexicanus Double Espresso, Bourbon Barrel Yub Nub, Bourbon Barrel Pi, and Terre du Sauvage Blue. Prices range from $8-$20.

45 beers will be on tap for the festivities, a record for Wolf’s Ridge. You can find a detailed list, including timing for special tappings, here.

The taproom will open at 10am for drafts, with the bottle sale beginning at 11am. A special food menu will be available for the event as well beginning at 11am. Wolf’s Ridge Brewing is located at 215 N 4th St.
