Elevator Brewing Company is releasing three new beers this Saturday at an event they’ve dubbed “FeBREWary.”

First on the docket is O-H-I-PA, an India Pale Ale made with all Ohio ingredients. The beer is described as creamy with a somewhat nutty maltiness from the addition of 30% malted spelt, with big, fruity and spicy hop flavor and aroma from three Ohio-grown hop varieties. A limited number of 22oz bottles of O-H-I-PA will available for retail sale.

Second is Brett’s Brown, a nutty brown ale fermented in oak with Brettanomyces described as having complex flavors of cherry, nuts and a hint of vanilla.

Lastly is Maple Barrel Brown, a nut brown ale aged in an oak barrel that originally had bourbon, then later maple syrup. The beer is said to have picked up a little of both flavor profiles.

The FeBREWary Beer Release Party will take place Saturday, February 10 from 12-8pm at the Elevator Brewing Company 13th Floor Taproom, is located at 171 N 4th Street.
