It’s officially summer, and although your adult beverage of choice may have morphed into something a bit lighter and possibly more fruit forward, the old standby of water, hops, malt, and yeast can still help you beat the heat while quenching your thirst. Do yourself (and your closest friends) a favor and make these refreshing beersicles.
Petit Saison & Raspberry Beersicles
6 oz. (about 1 cup) fresh raspberries
¼ cup local honey
2 cups Rockmill Brewery Petit Saison
Blend raspberries and honey until smooth. Gently stir in beer and mix until little to no foam remains. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 3-4 hours or overnight. Finish off any remaining beer while you wait. Makes 6.
