The 20th Annual Extravaganza at the iconic Bob’s Bar takes place on Saturday, February 26th from 10 AM until 2AM Sunday morning. In order to keep their beer as fresh as possible during the pandemic, they cut their beer line-up back to only 18 taps. But you know full well that all 36 taps will be pouring for Extravaganza! Bar Manager, Rich Good, once again has curated an extraordinary line-up of special beers. Depending on how may kegs are blown, upwards of 60 total beers could make their appearance during the 16-hour beerathon.

Some of the breweries represented will include Branch and Bone, Dankhouse, JAFB, Bruery, NanoDog, Hoof Hearted, Avery, Angry Chair, Epic, Seventh Son, Jackie O’s, Brew Kettle, Columbus, Foundation, PipeWorks, Old Nation, Half-Acre, and Untitled Art. The brewers from some of these breweries will be at the event as well if you want to chat about beer.

Of course, Good has arraigned for some one-of-a-kind beers to be available at this event. This includes some cask ales from Brew Kettle White Rajah variant and Columbus Bodhi variant. There will also be four IPA’s brewed just for this event by JAFB, Jackie O’s, Columbus, and Seventh Son. Check Facebook for the cask tapping times.

If that’s not enough, there are also some beer-to-go opportunities. Check out the beers and t-shirts that available for pre-order at this link: https://bobs-bar.square.site. Good has arranged to have Epic’s Big Bad Baptist 2020 BBA Stout available for pre-order as well as “Mystery Six-Packs” and their 20th Anniversary Extravaganza t-shirts.

Pitabilities Food Truck will be on-site, and don’t forget if you can’t make it on Saturday, there is always “Survivor Sunday” when many of the beers will still be available from 2PM-2AM. Bob’s Bar is located at 4961 N High Street immediately south of Graceland Shopping Center.
