It’s been almost a year and a half since we first wrote about then-called Oval Brewing, which later changed its name to Land-Grant.
For most of that time, it seems, the Land-Grant have been trying to secure the right real estate.
“What we thought would be one of the more fun and exciting steps turned out to be one of the most difficult processes we’ve faced. We refused to compromise our vision of a centrally-located, full-production brewery and tap room—and while our dedication may have slowed things down, it ultimately paid off,” says a statement posted recently to the brewery’s website.
Land-Grant further announced that they will be located at 945 Burrell Avenue, just behind the Grandview Yard development. Given the construction and permitting process, it’ll potentially be almost another year til we hear more from Land-Grant, but we’re glad to see them moving forward!
