North High Brewing is today releasing Local Bearing Porter, an OYO wheat whiskey barrel-aged collaboration with the nearby distillery.
The beer was aged in OYO whiskey barrels from Middle West Spirits, and was brewed in collaboration with the MWS team using the same rye and unmalted wheat that is used in their whiskey.
The beer finishes at 9% ABV and 20 IBU. It will be released tonight, Thursday, April 17, at 7:30pm at North High Brewing.
