Wolf’s Ride Brewery is debuting three different double-dry hopped versions of Howling Moon Imperial IPA: Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic.
Customers can order a flight of the three dry-hopped brews and the original Howling Moon for $7. The beers will be available on March 4 beginning at 4pm in the brewery’s taproom.
For their taproom opening last month, Wolf’s Ridge offered chocolate, coffee, coconut and chili variants of DireWolf imperial stout.
Many local breweries have offered similar hop showcases, including North High Brewing and Smokehouse Brewing. It’s one of the best ways for those new to beer to identify the unique flavor characteristics provided by different hops.
