It turns out the Musk of the Minotaur CAN be contained: Hoof Hearted Brewing will will roll out cans of South of Eleven Double IPA & Musk of the Minotaur IPA over the next few weeks to the Columbus market.
“[They] are probably the two beers most people associate with our brewery and the beers that best represent our house flavor – dank and juicy,” said Trevor Williams, owner of Hoof Hearted.
Cans are quickly becoming the preferred packaging format for many Columbus breweries, including Four String, Land-Grant and North High.
“We believe that cans are the best vehicle for hoppy beers because of the total black out of UV Light,” said Williams. “They also provide the best canvas for our incredibly ridiculous artwork, done by Thom Lessner.”
Hoof Hearted’s cans will be available at Weiland’s, Cornerstone, Barrel & Bottle, Wine & Brew, Pace-Hi Carryout and other retailers to be determined. South of Eleven cans will begin hitting the streets in late June, with Musk of the Minotaur due out the second week of July.
