Andyman AleColumbus Brewing Company is once again releasing Andyman Ale in honor of long-time CD102.5 DJ Andy “Andyman” Davis to raise funds for the local radio station’s For The Kids charity.

Andyman Ale is an American Strong Ale at 7.5% ABV. Its described as having a reddish hue and malty richness provided by multiple layers of sweet English caramel malts, balanced by a healthy dose of Pacific Northwest hops providing an aroma of citrus and pine. Andyman Ale is a big, bold beer brewed to honor its namesake.

CBC first crafted the brew in 2013 and has released Andyman Ale for the holiday season since. The first keg of Andyman Ale will be tapped Thursday, November 12 at noon at CD102.5’s Big Room Bar, located at 1036 South Front Street. The tapping party officially kicks off at 5pm and will include a cask tapping, food and drink specials, prizes and live music from the High Definitions and Good English starting at 9:30pm.

Andyman Ale will be available at bars across Columbus beginning November 13, and locations will be posted to this page. Proceeds from each keg sale go to CD102.5 For The Kids.
