Two new beers from Lancaster’s Rockmill Brewery are hitting store shelves today: Cask Aged Noir and War on Wheat.
Cask Aged Noir is a whiskey barrel-aged version of the Belgian brewery’s Saison Noir, utilizing whiskey barrels from Middle West Spirits;
War on Wheat is a gluten-free Saison, brewed with millet and buckwheat and dry-hopped with Perle, East Kent Golding and Mandarina hops.
Both beers will be available this afternoon at bottle shops around Columbus including The Barrel & Bottle, Crafted Drafts, Corner Stone Craft Beer & Wine, and House Wine.
