Lagunitas

The owner of Lagunitas Brewing Company is coming to Columbus, but not for strictly beer-related reasons. He’s on tour with his band, Alice Drinks the Kool-Aid.

Lagunitas owner Tony Magee is a longtime musician who has played in a variety of bands over his lifetime. In his current band, Alice Drinks the Kool-Aid, he is accompanied by two professional musicians and long time friends. The band will perform in Columbus at The Walrus on Wednesday, March 23 on a stop for their midwest tour.

The event will feature draft specials Lagunitas IPA, Pils and CitruSinensis, plus plenty of Lagunitas swag. The first 60 people at the event will take home a Lagunitas Mason Jar.

Alice Drinks the Kool-Aid will perform on Wednesday, March 23 at The Walrus, located at 143 E Main Street downtown. Music will begin at 8pm.

For those (who aren’t even) Homebrewers. The Brewing Network has done hundreds of interviews and the one with Tony Magee (below) may be the very best. Check it out!
