For the fifth year the Grove City Lions Club will host a Spring Beer Festival, happening this year on Saturday, April 23 from 2 to 6pm at the Aladdin Shrine Center in Grove City.
The fest will feature brews from Actual Brewing, Black Box Brewing, Boston Beer Co, The Brew Kettle, Buckeye Lake Brewery, The Dayton Beer Company, Elevator Brewing, Great Lakes Brewing, The Hairless Hare Brewery, Land-Grant Brewing, Maumee Bay Brewing, Rhinegesit, Sideswipe Brewing, Toxic Brew Company, Yellow Spring Brewery, Weasel Boy Brewing and Zauber Brewing. Proceeds from the event benefit Pilot Dogs Inc and Lions’ Club Sight Care Programs to provide guide dogs for members of the community. Last year’s event raised $10,000 .
Tickets, which include 20 beer tasting tickets and a souvenir glass, are $35 online and $40 at the door. Designated driver tickets are also available for $5.
