Take to the streets of Grandview Heights this Friday with a beer in-hand as the city once again lifts its open container laws for the Tour de Grandview,
Open containers will be permitted along the race course and street party route on place Friday, June 17 from 6:30pm-midnight for the 23rd annual cycling race. Attendees can purchase beers at the event or stop at the many house parties along the route for a pour.
The Ohio Taproom will be serving beer at the street party, including a beer brewed by Zauber just for the event called Pour de Grandbrew. The beer is a refreshing Kolsch-style ale brewed using Victory malt in honor of the race, in addition to Pilsner malt. Pour de Grandbrew will only be available at the Tour de Grandview and at the event’s official afterparty at Balboa.
