This Thursday, August 4 is National IPA Day, an occasion to celebrate and enjoy America’s favorite beer style — IPAs account for about 26% of all dollars spent on craft beer. It’s a diverse style, encompassing light session IPAs, roasty black IPAs, dank imperial IPAs and everything in between. Here are some Columbus bars celebrating IPA Day this yar with specials.

Lineage will be offering a flight of six IPAs — including their Spaceship #6 and Going Ham — and featuring several IPA cocktails.

Smokehouse is celebrating with $3.50 pints all day of their Centennial IPA and Indie Pale Ale.
St. James Tavern
St. James is having a tap takeover to celebrate featuring three local IPAs alongside a range of other styles.
Wolf’s Ridge Brewing
Wolf’s Ridge is hosting a beer and chocolate event with Bliss in a Bottle, and while the event isn’t specifically for IPA day, we’re sure there will be a few IPAs in the lineup of beer + chocolate pairings available for $14
Woodlands Tavern
Woodlands is offering $1 off all of their IPA bottles (in addition to their regular Thursday $1 off import bottles) this year for IPA Day
