Elevator Brewing Company will debut the fifth installment of their quarterly Gravity series along with several other new brews this Saturday.
Gravity 5.0 is a Scottish Wee Heavy beer clocking in at 10% ABV. Gravity 5.0 will be available on draft and in 750ml bottles. Elevator will also have previous versions of the Gravity series on tap as well as in 750ml bottles.
The brewery will also be releasing (on draft only) a Cherrywood Smoked Lager, a Sorghum IPA, a Bourbon Barrel-aged Mocha Plum Stout, a Brett & Rose Wild Ale, and a Barrel Fermented Heiferwiezen.
The bottle release starts at 12pm on Saturday, March 16. Empanadas & More Food Truck will be serving food and the brewery will be giving away prizes.
