Seventh Son is turning six and celebrating this Saturday, April 20. Check out our first article about the coming-soon brewery from 2012, including blueprints for the space
In the years since opening, Seventh Son has brewed more than 250 different beers, drastically expanded their Italian Village brewery, and even opened a new sister brewery, Antiques on High.
To celebrate, the brewery will be opening their doors an hour early this Saturday (9am) and releasing two special beers for the occasion: Bottles of Anniversary Blend Sextus, and cans of Cloudbusting, Seventh Son’s double Humulus Nimbus recipe.
Street Thyme will be serving pancakes and burgers in the morning and afternoon with Dos Hermanos Taco Truck taking over the evening shift. The brewery will have DJs throughout the day, including a purported “lengthy Grateful Dead set” from co-owner Collin Castore.
Seventh Son Brewing is located at 1101 N 4th St.
