Columbus Brewing Company expanding

Columbus Brewing Co. is doubling its production, brewing an additional 8,000 gallons of beer each week.

The expansion is largely to support releasing bottled beer into the Cleveland market by mid-July. CBC began selling its beer on draft in the Cleveland market earlier this year.

According to the Ohio Beer Blog, the four new 60-barrel fermenters that will accommodate the expansion will be installed next Friday.

You can read more about the expansion in ThisWeek News.
