berliner weisseActual Brewing Company today released their Curiousus Berliner Weisse in bottles.

Berliner Weisse is a sour wheat beer style dating back to 16th century Germany.

“This curiously tart wheat beer was sour mashed for 24 hours in the pursuit of knowledge” declares the label. “The results remain unclear and sparkling. A virtuous weisse with a charming sour bite.”

750ML bottles are currently available for $10 at Actual Brewing’s taproom and will be hitting a few craft beer bottle shops this weekend – it’s already been delivered to Grain + Grape.
