Deschutes Street Pub

Deschutes Brewery is packing up its massive mobile pub and bringing it to select cities across the United States, including Columbus, for their second annual Street Pub tour.

This traveling show brings the Deschutes Oregon pub experience direct to fans with a ginormous, transportable bar that was crafted in Central Oregon. The street pub itself features over 40 taps and the event will include food pairings for Deschutes brews cooked up from local chefs, live music and more. Last year the Cleveland was among the stops on the tour; this year, it’s headed to Arlington, Philadelphia, Chicago, Twin Cities, Sacramento and Columbus.

In each city, Deschutes partners with a local charity and donates 100 percent of proceeds to help that charity achieve its mission. The Central Ohio charity benefitting from the event is still to be determined, as is the exact location of the event.

The mobile pub will stop in Columbus on July 9 from 2-10pm. We’ll post specifics closer to the event date.
