If you enjoy good wine, fab food and artwork, this is the place to be. On the first Thursday of every month, the Columbus Museum of Art “Uncorks”, featuring wine and food pairings inspired by a particular painting or artist.
The program includes information about the wines and art vignettes from Museum staff. This month, Dominique Vasseur, the Director of Curatorial Administration and Curator of European Art, will be talking about a Dutch 17th century old master still life. Wine and food pairings include Sweet & Spicy Rack of Lamb, Chilled Lobster Tail Cocktail, Cheeses with Assorted Olives, Artichokes and Sweet Red Peppers paired with Treana White – Central Coast, California, Parducci Petite Sirah “True Grit” and Matane Primitivo wines.
Admission is $30 per person for nonmembers and $25 per person for CMA members, and tickets can be purchased online.
