Matt the Miller’s Tavern in Grandview is hosting another beer pairing dinner – this time with Tröegs Brewing company – on Monday December 18 from 7-9pm:

Opening Reception
Assorted Fruits, Cheeses, and Vegetable Crudités
House-Made Pretzel Bites served with Tröegs Pale Ale mustard sauce
Paired with: Tröegs Pale Ale

First Course
Beef Rumaki Flatbread
Our crispy flatbread shell, painted with a light chicken pâté, and topped with sliced water
chestnuts, bacon wrapped beef tenderloin, and honey-soy glaze and toasted sesame seeds.
Paired with: Tröegs R&D Scratch

Entrée Course
Stone Fruit-Stuffed Pork Loin: Tender pork loin, brined in Tröegs Trogenator and roasted garlic, stuffed with apricots,
peaches, and tart cherries, served with creamy rice with brie and sautéed baby spinach.
Paired with: Tröegs Trogenator


Dessert Course
Italian Panetone Bread Pudding
Light Italian-style panetone cake, baked with creamy custard, and served with
candied cherries and whipped “Mad Elf” mascarpone cheese.
Paired with: Tröegs Mad Elf
