The Grove City Lions Club is hosting their first Spring Craft Beer festival Saturday, April 28 from 1-5pm at Beulah Park.

The first-time fest will boast over 120 beers. The actual selection is still being finalized but will include offerings from distributors Cavalier, Columbus Distributing, Premium Beverage, Superior, Glazer’s and Heidelberg. A list of confirmed breweries and beers is being updated on the Spring Craft Beer fest website.

The profits from ticket sales will go towards purchasing a Guide Dog for a member of the Grove City community.

“The Spring Craft Beer Fest brings a whole new kind of fundraiser to the Grove City area,” said festival co-chair Sam Clark in a statement. “They have embraced it in our City, and I am excited about what it will bring. To think that all our proceeds benefit a local citizen is an amazing feeling that we all will enjoy reading about.”

Tickets are $35 presale, $40 day of event (cash or credit) and include a souvenir tasting glass and 20 tasting tickets. $5 Designated Driver tickets include a souvenir tasting glass, free non-alcoholic beverages and a food voucher.
