The sixth annual Park Street Festival will take over the Arena District Friday, June 8 and Saturday, June 9.

The festival is a collaborative effort between most of the Arena District bars, including Patio, Cantina, Saloon, The Social Room, Bar Louie, Park Street Tavern, Brothers, GasWerks and Callahan’s. The main action happens outside on a roped-off Park Street, with various specials and events inside the bars.

This year’s festival will refreshingly feature some of our great local breweries, wineries and distilleries: Watershed Distillery, Middle West Spirits, Tessora Limone, Buckeye Vodka (Dayton), Zauber Brewing, Seventh Son Brewing, Neil House Brewery, Four String Brewing, Brothers Drake Meadery, Seven Brothers Distilling (Panesville) and Camelot Cellars will all be be present. And given that the event is sponsored by Yuengling, I’m sure there will be plenty of that, too.

There will also be a Food Truck Roundup with The Cheesy Truck, Potabilities, Paddy Wagon, Holy Smoke BBQ, Short North Bagel Deli, Street Thyme, Hot Pita Truck, Sublime Smoke, Dan’s Deli, King of the Hill Cafe, Earth’s Crust, Rolly=Pulley’s, The Burrito Bus, Island Noodles, Aunt Carla’s Boosh, Yellow Boys Polish Boys, Motormouth Food Truck, Yerba Buena Latin Grill, Spud Bus, The Hungry Monkey, Sophie’s Gourmet Pierogi, Mojo Tago, Tatoheads, Schneider’s Funnel Cake, D’s Dogs and Kona Ice. Columbus Underground will be giving out “Vendys” to the best food trucks, which you can vote on online.

Music for the weekend includes 17th Floor, Swagg, LDNL, X Ray Roger Jimmy, Fashion Disaster, 88 Keys, Adam Saxe, Chad Warren, Third Degree Sideburn, Travelers by Dawn, Seen Tru, Salty Caramel, Wet Darlings, Phantods, Town Monster, Old Hundred, Teen Fiction , Comrade Question, Total Foxx, Ghost Shirt and Filthy Habits. The lineup is available on Park Street Fest’s website.

The festival benefits the Second and Seven Foundation, a non-profit organization that helps promote literacy throughout Central Ohio.
