Grove City Brewing Company offering homebrew classes

What Grove City Brewing Company IS is a new workshop series focused on teaching people how to homebrew. The first of these sessions starts soon with the following classes in the four part series:

Discuss the Beer
September 29, 2 hour class – Talk about the different beer types and what is involved with brewing these, cleanliness, ingredients, and equipment.

Make The Beer
October 13, 4 hour class – Clean equipment, and start beer brewing process (Clean, Boil, Chill, Pitch)

Bottle the Beer
October 27, 3 hour class – Clean bottles, and Rack the beer

Taste The Beer
November 10, 2 hour class – Compare your beer with others of the same type and talk about possible issue that arise.

Classes are $170 with a maximum class size of 10 people. Additional class dates will be announced in the future. Classes are held at the Garden Cafe on Broadway (4057 Broadway, Grove City) starting at 4p. More information and registration can be found at grovecitybrewingco.com.
