Barley’s Smokehouse Oysters & Stouts February 6

oysters stoutsBarley’s Smokehoue’s bi-annual Oysters and Stouts event this Thursday is the perfect pairing for this windy white winter.

Smokehouse will be serving oysters fresh, smoked with Chorizo or garlic butter and crisp-fried, along with an impressive selection of stouts, both from the ‘House and from around the country.

The stout selection on draft will include Southern Tier Creme Brulee, Smokehouse St. Joans Imperial RIS, Smokehouse Nitro Woodford Aged St. Joans Revenge, and Smokehouse Russian Imperial Stout. Plenty of bottled stouts will be available, too, including New Holland Dragon’s Milk, Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro, North Coast Old Rasputin, Founders Breakfast Stout, Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout, Fat Head’s Oompa Loompa, Rogue Chocolate Stout, Epic Brewing Big Bad Baptist, Sideswipe Elegant Hoodlum, Samuel Smith Organic Chocolate, Blue Mountain Dark Hollows and Oskar Blues Ten Fidy.

The event kicks off Thursday, February 6 at 4pm and ends when the oysters are gone. If you miss this one, Barley’s does another Oysters & Stouts event in the fall.
