If you’ve always wanted to try the Belgian brews coming out of Lancaster’s Rockmill Brewery, but the $15-22 price tag for a bottle scared you off, you’ll be delighted to know that Rockmill has started distributing smaller bottles at smaller price points.
The new 12-ounce bottles are available for half the cost of their 750 ml counterparts + 50 cents. That means you should be able try all five of their year-round offerings for under $50.
Personally, I’ve never seen a 12 ounce bottle with a cage-and-cork closing, so they look to me like someone used a miniaturization ray on their larger counterparts to achieve the desired effect. Which is kind of adorable.

Nice. I have seen a few belgians come in 12ish oz. bottles with corks and cages, not too common though. I will accept donations of empty bottles for bottling homebrews!
