It seems like just yesterday that Fred Lee from Actual Brewing was telling me about his plans for starting a religious brewery and having Neil deGrasse Tyson come speak about “the universe and shit.” Actually, it was two years ago, but the brewery didn’t get up and running until last Spring.
Tonight they’re celebrating one year of Actual beer with a bottle release party for Conductor, an imperial rye IPA. The event is schedule for 5:09pm, but let’s just call it 5pm because it’s less weird. The OH! Burgers food truck will be on site for the event, which will take place at the 655 N. James Rd brewery.
