Columbus Brewing Company announced this morning that they have acquired the former Hill Distributing building on the west side of Columbus and will be relocating their brewing operation there in 2015.
The move will more than double the brewery’s production, which is currently at about 12,000 barrels for 2014.
“It means we can make a lot more IPA, but it also means we can make a lot more than IPA,” Eric Bean told The Ohio Beer Blog.
The new facility is located at 2555 Harrison Road.
We can only hope this means that bottled Bodhi will be a reality in the near future!

Interesting to see that there are still smaller companies who can take on the giants like Budweiser. I remember the days when every bigger village would have their own, privately owned, brewery, each with its own taste and flair.
We’re definitely getting back to that!
