We may have lost Stone Brewing Company, but the effort put forth by the city and the enthusiasm showed on social media by locals may have helped us toward landing major brewery.
Last month on their Facebook page, Stone encouraged Scottish-based brewery BrewDog to consider Columbus for its planned US expansion. It seems like the brewery took the recommendation to heart.
BrewDog’s co-founder James Watt posited the following question earlier today on his Instagram and Twitter account: Does Columbus, Ohio need a BrewDog US Brewery?
