It’s not too late to start the Columbus Ale Trail

We helped launch the Columbus Ale Trail back in May during Columbus Craft Beer Week, and we figured that the 10,000 Brew Books we printed would be enough to get us through to NEXT Columbus Craft Beer Week, because really, how many people would be up for the challenge of hitting up almost two dozen breweries?

It turns out a lot. A lot many.

We ran out of books about three weeks ago and have received messages from lots of folks struggling to find a copy. But good news, faithful drinkers — we just printed another 20,000 copies! As of this weekend, every brewery in Central Ohio has been restocked with a few hundred Brew Books, so if you haven’t picked yours up yet, now is the time. It’s free, just ask a bartender if you don’t see ’em sitting out.

Since we’ve already had almost half of the 500 free t-shirts claimed (which you can follow on Twitter and Instagram), we also decided to extend that reward – after those 500 shirts are claimed, anyone with a fully stamped Brew Book will be able to purchase the t-shirt for only $8 (sorry, we don’t have an unlimited free shirt fund. Thanks, Obama.) And don’t forget, anyone who collects just four stamps can get a free pint glass from Experience Columbus!

The Columbus Ale Trail and Brew Book is presented by Drink Up Columbus, The Ohio Taproom, Columbus Brew Adventures and Blue Label Digital Printing, with additional support from Experience Columbus, Columbus Beerfest, Outfit Good and all area breweries.
