I was looking at the thick plastic packaging for the Magic Opener and writing in my head a scathing lede about the irony of not being able to open the Magic Opener, but alas – this informercial-ready bottle and can opener even has miraculously easy-open packaging.
Dear inventor of the Magic Opener: Can you please get other products to use that easy-open packaging? Smooch.
Back to the Magic Opener. It slices, it dices, it… well OK it doesn’t do those things , but it does nicely pop the lid off a beer bottle, has a handy tab for opening can without breaking or chipping your fingernails, and the one I’ve found most useful, has an XS opening that perfectly unscrews plastic bottle tops.
The back is magnetic so you can stick it on your fridge and never be without an open bottle again, or at least until your fridge is empty. Retails for $19.99.
