Lineage Brewing

Kindred Artisan Ales Grand Opening

Columbus’ newest brewery will celebrate the grand opening of its taproom tonight in Gahanna. Kindred Artisan Ales comes to us from two industry veterans: Max Lachowyn, a co-founder of Actual Brewing Co. and former brewer for Seventh Son Brewing Co., and Pat Gangwer, of Jackie O’s Brewing. Kindred Wit, Savage Porter, and Farmhouse Pale Ale will be on tap alongside a few special infusions.

Trinity Magical Brettanomyces Tour

Trinity Brewing may have pulled out of the Ohio market a few months ago, but beer shop Crafted Drafts set aside a few cases of their Magical Brettanomyces Series which they’ll be dusting off for this tasting. Try seven different variants of the same beer using different Brett yeast strains.

Lineage First Anniversary Bash

Clintonville’s Lineage Brewing will celebrate their one year anniversary with bike rides, brewery tours, crafting and jamming. Enjoy a morning bike ride with Yay Bikes! at 8:30am; coaster making with Igloo Letterpress from 11am-1pm; bottle cap crafts with Wholly Craft from 1:30pm-3:00pm; brewery tours from 2:30-3:30pm; live music from Brave Weather and The Cordial Sins from 8:30-11pm; and special beer releases all day.

Wolf’s Ridge Bottle Release

Breakfast cereal beer? Yes please. Wolf’s Ridge’s next bottle release will feature Clear Sky Daybreak coffee vanilla cream ale and cinnamon-infused Clear Sky Cinnamon Toast Brunch. The brewery will also be selling six packs of Clear Sky and Driftwood. Wolf’s Ridge will also have several specialty releases on draft for the event including Clear Sky Key Lime, Clear Sky Coconut Cream and Clear Sky Cocoa Dream.

Beer & Movie

Studio 35’s monthly beer tasting and movie screening will feature Major League and 10 brews from Great Lakes Brewing Company, plus plenty of giveaways.
