Four String New Brews

Four String is releasing their Earth Day collaboration with Vermont’s Long Trail Brewing, Global India Pale Lager, along with two other new beers: Rectifier Double IPA and Strange Magic Saison. Four String will also be tapping the first kegs of Suncaster Summer Wheat in addition to one-off Secret Stash and cask offerings, all at their 6th Avenue taproom in Grandview.

Spring Craft Beer Fest

The Grove City Lions Club is hosting its 5th annual Spring Craft Beer Fest with proceeds benefitting Pilot Dogs Inc and Lions’ Club Sight Care Programs to provide guide dogs for members of the community. The event, held at the Aladdin Shrine Center, will feature beer from 17 Ohio craft breweries.

Crest Earth Day

The Crest in Clintonville is celebrating Earth Day this Saturday live music, workshops, fitness classes, pet adoption, rooftop garden tours and more – all free! On top of that they’ll be offering happy hour pricing all day on drinks. Check out the full schedule.

Zauber Roller Derby Tapping

Zauber Brewing and the ladies of the Ohio Roller Derby teamed up to brew a special derby beer: Derby Strong Aggressive Quad, a Belgian Abbey Quad style beer at 10.6% ABV. The beer will tap at Zauber’s 5th Avenue taproom tomorrow with Ohio Roller Derby skaters on-site for the action.

Game of Thrones Tap Invasion

Game of Thrones returns this Sunday and The Daily Growler in Upper Arlington is celebrating with a tap takeover of all six Ommegang Game of Thrones beers, including the latest release, Seven Kingdoms Hoppy Wheat Ale. There will be pint and flight specials on the special edition beers all day, plus Ommegang swag and Game of Thrones pinball.
