Bust out your bike for the Columbus Tour de Brew this Saturday, a casual charity bike ride for all ages and abilities featuring beer tastings from three Columbus breweries.
The event will kick off at 10:30am on Saturday, September 24 at Lineage Brewing. Riders will then bike to Land-Grant Brewing and Elevator Brewery before heading back to Lineage, with beer samples along the way. You can sign up here.
All proceeds from the Tour de Brew will be split between Yay Bikes!, a Columbus-based non-profit that works to influence the conditions that help people safely and comfortably ride bicycles for transportation more places more often; and Water for Good, a not-for-profit organization committed to solving the water crisis by providing reliable water access for the people of the Central African Republic. The fundraising goal for the bike ride is $10,000; so far $3,719 has been raised.
The event will kick off Saturday, September 24 at 10:30am at Lineage Brewing. Lineage is located at 2971 N. High Street in Clintonville.
