Kindred Beer, The-Brewery-Formely-Known-As-Kindred-Artisan-Ales, kicked off its new food concept this week serving a selection of artisanal sausages fresh from their food trailer. Today the brewery will start serving Sunday brunch.

For the drunk in your brunch, Kindred offers a full bar in addition plus a dozen of their own drafts, and has a recommended beer pairing for each dish on the new menu. Kindred is starting brunch service with just two dishes — a rich and salty lox flatbread with cream cheese, onion, arugula and caperberries (pair with SOP saison); and a gooey breakfast burrito with smoked beer cheese, peppers, onions, chorizo, fried egg and pico de gallo (pair with Long Sleeve red rye IPA).

The rest of Kindred’s new food menu, which rolled out Tuesday, is also available, including a spicy chicken sandwich (pair with Waves), choucroute brat (pair with Wit) and hot italian sausage.
