Drunk Brunch: Bareburger

Written by on March 30, 2018 in Bars - No comments

Organic and natural-food focused burger joint Bareburger is now serving weekend brunch at their two Central Ohio locations in Clintonville and the Short North.

Brunch at Bareburger starts off with a complimentary bowl of donut holes, the breakfast bread basket you never knew your morning meal was missing.

Three brunch cocktails are available for only $4 — a mimosa, bellini or rossini (I’ve never heard of the latter, but Google tells me it’s a bellini that swaps strawberries for white peaches and prosecco for champagne, and now I wish I had ordered one.) The Short North Bareburger is offering these three drinks for only $1 a pop this weekend (March 31-April 1) to promote the menu launch.

Bareburger offers a fairly extensive array of brunch options for a non-breakfast-focused restaurant, with four different sandwiches, including two “waffle-wiches” ($12-$14); three types of breakfast tacos ($9 for 2 or $14 for 3); waffles and three different kinds of pancakes — all of which are gluten-free — ($9-$13); a few different specialty plates and classic egg/meat/potato combos ($11-$14); burgers, salads and a partridge in a pear tree (probably).

Brunch at Bareburger is served Saturday and Sunday from 9am-12pm at both locations (4560 N High Street in Clintonville and 463 N High Street in the Short North.) A condensed brunch menu is expected to be added in a few weeks which will be served from 12-4pm.
