BrewDog’s Short North taproom has an official opening date: April 14.

The 2,500 square foot bar will accommodate about 100 beer lovers, with additional space available in the outdoor beer garden behind the bar. The bar will feature 24 taps equally divided between BrewDog beers and guest drafts, with a mix of local, Ohio, US and some occasional international favorites pouring. The bar will also serve pizza, with seven different pies for patrons to choose from.

The taproom is located just north of Skully’s in the Short North and is recognizeable by a colorful aquatic mural painted on the south of the building painted by BrewDog’s artist Craig Fisher.

Doors will open at 11am for the grand opening on Saturday, April 14, and the first 100 people will get a raffle ticket for a chance to win some serious prizes. Short North Tattoo owner/artist Matt Carlisle will be on site for the first few hours of the event giving free BrewDog tattoos, which entitle you to a 20% discount for life from the brewery.

BrewDog’s new pub in Franklinton is expected to open about six weeks after the Short North location, and the BrewDog hotel in Canal Winchester is on track to open in late August.

The Short North BrewDog is located at 1175 N. High Street.
