Sideswipe Brewing is taking a kick at the can with the recent release of two of their brews in the portable packaging.
“We’ve heard the calling for our beers in six-pack form and have been increasing production with the goal of putting some of our favorite beers in cans” said Craig O’Herron, Sideswipe’s owner and brewer, in a statement. “We’re excited to offer beer in cans and plan to do monthly can releases at the taproom going forward.”
Sideswipe is utilizing mobile canning operation Ironheart to churn out monthly canned offerings. First up are Pixelated Sun hoppy wheat ale and Sexy Weekend table beer, both of which were released last weekend and are now for sale at the brewery’s taproom. Cans of Fisticuffs IPA are slated for a May release.
Sideswipe Brewing is located just south of Grandview at 2419 Scioto Harper Drive.
