The fifth annual Columbus Craft Beer Week is coming up May 17-25 so once again we’re breaking down the Best of Beer Week so you can set your sud-soaked schedule early and snag a spot at ticketed events before they sell out. Up next: collaboration beer releases! Check out our other breakdowns of beer dinners and can/bottle releases.

Six One Pour (Columbus area breweries)
The official Columbus Craft Beer Week 2019 collaboration beer is Six One Pour, a hazy IPA brewed by more than a dozen Central Ohio brewers (read more about the beer here.) Look for this brew on tap and in cans around Columbus throughout Beer Week.

Chasing Ghosts (Epic Brewing / Bob’s Bar et al)
Friday, May 17, 6-10pm
Bob’s Bar
This imperial hazy IPA was brewed at Epic Brewing in collaboration with Bob’s and a few other Columbus bars, on tap along with a lineup of other breweries distributed by Premium Beverage.

Peanut Butter Fudge Puff (Platform Beer / Schmidt’s)
Friday, May 17, 11am-11pm
Schmidt’s Restaurant und Sausage Haus
Inspired by Schmidt’s famous Peanut Butter Fudge Cream Puff, Platform and Schmidt’s worked together on this peanut butter maibock. Pair a pint with a pufff!

Westgate Squeeze (Sideswipe Brewing / Westgate Brews)
Saturday, May 18, 1-11pm
Sideswipe Brewing
Sideswipe Brewing and the Westgate home brew club teamed up for this collaboration Hazy IPA loaded with citrus hops.

Swipe Right for Berries (Pretentious / Dayton Beer Co)
Saturday, May 18, 1-10pm
Pretentious Barrel House
Swipe Right for Berries is a dark sour aged on Blackberries, Boysenberries, Plums & Black Currants produced in collaboration with Pretentious Barrel House and The Dayton Beer Company, available exclusively at the two breweries.

Hazy IPA (Jackie O’s / The Daily Growler)
Friday, May 24, 5-11pm
The Daily Growler (Powell, Upper Arlington and Polaris)
TDG headed down to Jackie O’s in Athens to brew this hazy IPA which will only be available at Daily Growler locations, offered alongside a lineup of other Jackie O’s beers.
