Saucy Brew Works has announced the grand opening of their Columbus brewpub will take place on Friday, October 23.

Saucy is located in the Harrison West neighborhood at the former site of Caffe Apropos. The new taproom is similar to the brewery’s flagship Ohio City brewpub, which was founded in 2017 by Brent Zimmerman and Eric Anderson.

“Saucy’s Columbus location in Harrison West has been a long time in the making,” said Brent Zimmerman, CEO and Co-owner of Saucy Brew Works, in a prior statement. “We have deep roots over multiple generations in Columbus and wanted to make our entrance perfect.”

In addition to beer, Saucy will have a full restaurant featuring New Haven-style pizza, appetizers and sandwiches, as well as Saucy Coffee, a craft coffeehouse offering a single-origin house roast, pour overs, espresso, and a specialty menu inspired by Saucy beers.

The brewpub hours will be Sunday-Thursday 11am-10pm and Friday-Saturday 11am-midnight. The coffehouse will operate Monday-Friday 6am-3pm and Saturday-Sunday 7am-3pm, thought select Saucy Coffee drinks will available all open hours.

Customers who place orders through the Saucy Brew Works iPhone/Android app and will receive $5 off their first order.

Saucy is located at 443 West Third Avenue.
