Ever feel the overwhelming urge to hug or high-five the guys who make your favorite beers? Or is that just me? Well, you’ll get a chance this Sunday at Afternooon with the Brewers, taking place June 22 from 1-5pm at Barley’s Ale House, across the street from the North Market.
At the event you’ll have access to craft brews from local breweries and the chance to compliment the beers (and beards) to the brewers who made them.
You’ll also get to try the winner of last year’s homebrew competitiion, an American IPA called Two Tones. The winner of the 19th annual homebrew competition will be declared at the event, and will go on to brew at Barley’s for next year’s Afternoon with the Brewers.
