North High Brewing and Columbus-based coworking company COhatch are teaming up to develop a new brewpub and coworking complex in downtown historic Dublin, slated to open this spring.

The new facility will be located at the former site of Brazenhead in Dublin, which closed late last month after 20 years in business. The 4,500 square foot historic building will be restored and renovated over the next few months with plans to open in the spring offering upscale pub fare alongside North High beers. North High plans to start producing lagers onsite in 2021.

Later this year, COhatch will begin construction on an adjoining facility that will provide more than 10,000 square feet of shared office, coworking and event space.

COhatch currently operates 10 locations in Columbus, Dayton and Springfield, Ohio. The coworking company partnered with Brothers Drake Meadery last year to open a similar facility in the former home of The Pub at Polaris.

The North High Brewing COhatch collab will be located at 56 North High Street in Dublin, near the new pedestrian bridge set to open this month connecting the area with Dublin Bridge Park.
