We celebrated International IPA Day yesterday at Woodland’s Tavern, but today, August 5th, we celebrate the whole damn classification of alcoholic beverage – it’s International Beer Day!
International Beer Day was started in 2007 as a celebration of all things beer and a day to thank the people who produce and provide our favorite beverage.
Average Joe’s Pub and Grill at Polaris is celebrating from 9-11pm tonight with beer trivia and tastings.
There are 278 events in 138 Cities and 23 Countries scheduled for International Beer Day. You can connect with the nearly 200,000 people celebrating today on Facebook. And be sure to stop by Columbus Brewing, Barley’s Brewing, Elevator Brewing, Neil House Brewery and Rockmill Brewery and hug your local Columbus brewers!
