The good folks at Columbus Brew Adventures are hosting their first Columbus Distillery Tour this Thursday, and they want to take two of you along for the ride.
On the Distillery Tour, you’ll visit two distilleries, Middle West Spirits and Watershed Distillery, learn about what makes each business distinctive, sample products and hear their stories. You’ll also visit a renowned local meadery, Brothers Drake, and discover the range of mead styles that can be made with local honey and ingredients.
UP FOR GRABS: Two seats on the tour (valued at $65 each)
TO ENTER: Leave a comment telling us what your favorite locally-made spirit is. For a bonus entry, tweet a link to this article and tag @DrinkUpColumbus. We’ll randomly select a winner by noon on Wednesday, October 23, and notify you by email. You must be available for the tour this Thursday, October 24 at 6:30pm.

My favorite locally-made spirit is either watershed vodka or their bourbon barrel gin!!
I’m a big fan of the OYO Stone Fruit and Honey Vanilla vodka!
favorite local spirit is OYO honey vanilla vodka. so good.
Absolutely have to love the OYO Whiskey, although Watershed Distillery’s Bourbon is the closest second imaginable.
OYO Stone Fruit Vodka.
I play no favorites. I just go with what is next on the rotation of local and good. Currently that is Watershed Burbon (2nd bottle) but I will be looping back to OYO Honey Vanilla next.
I’ll let you know after the tour!!
OYO bourbon is definitely my favorite local spirit!
I love watershed gin and OYO vodka they are main staples in our cabinet.
Watershed 4 Peel Gin and a splash of tonic.
Oyo honey vanilla!
Watershed’s bourbon and OYO’s Stone Fruit Vodka. Depends on the mood, but to relax with a glass of either one (a dash of water) and all is good in the world.
Tough call. I’m going to say OYO whiskey, but Watersheds is an extremely close second.
I’ve never had a local spirit but would love to try one!
My favorite local spirit so far is the Oyo Honey Vanilla Vodka, itʻs nice and smooth. I would love try others at tour! 🙂
Dancing Tree elderberry brandy. Does that count?
I love Watershed’s Gin and OYO’s Stone Fruit Vodka. The gin is the only one I could ever drink on the rocks, while the Stone Fruit goes well with just about anything.
Watershed’s Bourbon Barrel Gin, though their Bourbon is an almost-too-close-to-call second.
Watershed Distillery’s Bourbon – hands down! Absolutely delicious…. is 9:30AM too early to drink up??
OYO Stone Fruit and Watersheds Bourbon
OYO honey vanilla vodka for sure. So different!
OYO Honey Vanilla. Sooooooooo good.
I haven’t tried any local spirits, but I would love to!
OYO Honey Vanilla Vodka for sure!
